How You Earn

For each new customer you refer who settles a loan of at least $250K with us, you’ll receive $150 as a thank-you. There’s no cap on how many referrals you can make, meaning the rewards are unlimited!

Reward Options

You can choose to receive your reward in one of two ways:

• Cash Transfer: $150 paid directly to your preferred bank account.

• Charitable Donation: If you prefer, we can make a $150 donation on your behalf to a club or charity of your choice.

 

How It Works

1. Referral Mention: Ask your referee (the person you are referring) to mention your name as their referral when they meet with one of our brokers.

2. Confirmation: You will receive confirmation from us that you are enrolled as a referral partner once your referee has their initial meeting.

3. Loan Settlement: After your referee's loan (minimum $250K) settles, you will receive your $150 reward.

   • If your referral settles multiple transactions at once (e.g., refinance + purchase), you’ll still receive $150, payable after all the loans are settled.

 

Communication

• We will notify you as soon as you are officially enrolled as a referral partner and again when the loan settles.

• On the day the referred loan settles, your broker will personally reach out to you to arrange the transfer of your reward to your preferred account or the chosen charity.

 

Unlimited Earnings

There is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn. As long as each referred loan settles for at least $250K, you will continue to earn $150 per referral.
