1. Eligibility

• This program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who submit a referral via the official referral form.

• Referrals must be submitted before the referred individual has had any contact with a Fidelis Financial broker. If the loan process has already begun, the referral will be deemed ineligible.

• Referred clients must be new to Fidelis Financial.

2. How You Earn

• You will receive $150 for every new customer you refer who settles a loan of at least $250,000 with Fidelis Financial.

• The reward is limited to one payment per referred client, even if they complete multiple loan applications (e.g., refinance and purchase at once).

• Rewards are payable after full loan settlement.

3. Reward Options

You may choose one of the following reward methods:

• Gift Card – Mastercard: A $150 prepaid credit card. 

• Charitable Donation: A $150 donation made on your behalf to a club or charity of your choice.

Your broker will contact you to confirm your preferred option after settlement.

4. Process

1. Referral Submission: Complete and submit the official referral form before any broker contact is made with your referee.

2. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your referral has been accepted and the referee completes their initial meeting.

3. Settlement & Payment: Upon successful settlement of the loan (minimum $250,000), your broker will contact you to arrange your chosen reward. For digital gift cards, it may take up to 15 days for the cards to be issued.

5. Communication

• You will be notified when your referral is accepted and again when the referred loan settles.

• Your broker will personally arrange the reward delivery following settlement.

6. Unlimited Rewards

• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

• You will earn $150 for each referred client who settles a qualifying loan, provided all other criteria are met.

7. General Conditions

• This offer is valid from 10 April 2025 to 10 April 2026.

• Fidelis Financial reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

• Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• Any tax implications arising from rewards are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
